This 2 hour class includes: oyster theory and education (sustainability, farming practices, varieties, etc.) as well as instruction on how to shuck the perfect oyster! 12 oysters with our 3 signature sauces, a shucking knife, and a glass of your choice: beer of bubbles! Classes are interactive where questions are encouraged and fun banter abounds!
